Four toothpastes, four tasks

Instead of one "all-in-one" toothpaste, LyDenti makes four variants with a common base and different active ingredients. SMIWE with aloe and vitamins is an everyday whitening toothpaste. SMIME with arginine is aimed at stains from coffee, tea, and wine. SMIYO Sensitive combines gentle whitening with potassium nitrate and panthenol for sensitive teeth. SMIOXY with active oxygen is a toothpaste for the care of implants, crowns, and gingival pockets.

Whitening without peroxides

Three of the four Elements toothpastes — SMIWE, SMIME, and SMIYO Sensitive — do not contain peroxides, so they do not change the natural color of the teeth. A brighter smile is the result of polishing ingredients that remove plaque, and hydroxyapatite that smooths the enamel surface. The manufacturer describes these formulas as gentle and suitable for twice-daily use, and specifically recommends SMIME for maintaining results after professional whitening.

The exception is SMIOXY: it contains urea peroxide, which releases less than 0.1% hydrogen peroxide — this is the concentration permitted in standard cosmetics and a fraction of what is used in a dental office (up to 6%). It helps remove surface stains and is primarily used for the care of implant areas.

Hydroxyapatite, xylitol, no SLS

The common denominator of the entire line: hydroxyapatite (the mineral that makes up enamel), xylitol to support pH balance, and gentle lauryl glucoside instead of SLS. Less foam, less mucosal irritation. The consistency is soft, and the tubes contain 125 ml — more than the typical 75 ml. The manufacturer recommends brushing for at least 3 minutes.

How to use

Twice a day, preferably for three minutes — that is what the manufacturer recommends. The toothpastes can be used dry or wet. After brushing, spit out the excess and do not rinse your mouth with a lot of water so that the hydroxyapatite remains on the teeth. A 125 ml tube lasts for about two months with twice-daily use.
