Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies the dentistique.pl store uses, why it uses them, and how you can manage them. The rules regarding the processing of personal data are described separately in the Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Thanks to them, the store remembers, for example, what you have in your cart, whether you are logged in, and what cookie preferences you have chosen. Some cookies are saved by our store, others by external tools we use (e.g., Google). For simplicity, we also refer to similar technologies, such as local storage or pixels, as "cookies" here.
2. Who saves cookies on this site
The store operates on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland). Shopify technically sets the cookies necessary for the store to function. Consent for other cookies is managed by the Consentmo tool — it displays the banner during your first visit and remembers your choice.
3. What cookies we use
3.1 Essential
Without these, the store does not work properly: the cart, logging into your account, placing an order, session security, and remembering your decision from the cookie banner. They do not require consent. They are set by the Shopify platform and the Consentmo tool.
3.2 Analytical
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Shows us how many people visit the store, where they come from, and which pages they view. It helps us improve the store. It only works with your consent.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). Shows us which parts of the page you click on and how far you scroll, and records your visit — cursor movements, clicks, and scrolling. Thanks to this, we can see where something is unreadable or not working as it should. The tool automatically masks typed text, so we do not see what you enter in forms or payment data. Visit recordings are deleted after 30 days, and statistics and heatmaps after 9 months. It only works with your consent.
3.3 Marketing
We currently do not use marketing cookies. If we start doing so (e.g., to measure the effectiveness of advertisements), we will ask for your consent in the cookie banner and update this page.

5. How to manage cookies
During your first visit, you will see a banner. In it, you can accept all cookies, reject optional ones, or select categories. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings available on the store's website.
You can also delete and block cookies in your browser. Just remember that if you block essential cookies, the cart and login may stop working.
6. Transfer of data outside the EEA
Google and Microsoft may process cookie-related data in the United States, and Shopify in Canada and the United States. The basis for this is the European Commission's adequacy decisions (Canada, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Your rights
If cookies allow you to be identified, they constitute personal data. You then have the right to access the data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, object to it, and withdraw consent. The full list of rights and how to exercise them is described in the Privacy Policy.
